A: We recommend you cook your burgers from frozen. Please find our cooking instruction and video here.

A: Yes

A: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Virtual Mailbox addresses (e.g., PostNet)

A: Orders are shipped Monday – Thursday. To ensure your product is received frozen in 1-3 days, product is not shipped on Friday or over the weekend. You will receive a tracking number with your order confirmation.

A: Avoid touching the dry ice or dry ice bag with your hands. Use oven mitts or tongs if you need to move it. Remove the product from the shipping container and then place the container ideally outside (preferably not in a basement or garage) until the dry icesublimates (disappears). Then recycle the packaging according to local regulations.

A: After the dry ice disappears, recycle your packaging according to local regulations.

A: Check the internal temperature of your burgers with a meat thermometer. If they are40F or colder, they are safe to cook immediately or refreeze.
